Light Up Middletown is an all volunteer organization
Gate Greeters
Several non-profit organizations provide greeters at the front gate.
They welcome each vehicle driver and ask where they are from and how many people are in the car. Each driver is also given a list of other activities in the area and coupons from local businesses.
THE GRANDPA GANG!
The Grandpa’s are the backbone of a great light display that many have grown to love and expect year after year. In recent years, the Grandpa Gang has been joined by a group of volunteers from Cleveland Cliffs who help with the large task of putting more than a million lights in trees and over a hundred display pieces on the grounds of the park.
